Most large retailers belong to this scheme - Argos, Next, Debenhams, Marks and Spencers, John Lewis, Toys R Us, HMV and over 600 others.
Registration is simple, free, takes a minute to complete, and records you as a supporter of Buttercups. After this, whenever you wish to make a purchase simply log on to the easy fundraising site and use their excellent search facility to find the shop of your choice. Purchases are made through Retailer websites in the usual way, so your purchase is secure and orders can be tracked as normal.
Once the sale has been confirmed, Buttercups receives a free donation from the retailer's own profits. The size of this varies but averages around 2.5%. You can track how much you’ve earned through the easy fundraising site.
I know this seems too good to be true, but the scheme really is this simple! I’ve been making my online purchases through easy fundraising for about 6 months and find the site helps me find shops I want to deal with faster and, from time to time, I receive special offers I wouldn't otherwise have got. Also, it's extremely satisfying to see my donations for Buttercups mount up!
